Bread Bow Knife and Board

This board has a bread bow knife living inside of it. The other side does not include feet as it’s meant to be the cutting side. The bow knife is supposed to make cutting bread slices easier and more repeatable. I don’t know if that’s true, but that’s the theory behind it. The two versions shown are one that’s pure maple and another that’s a cherry board with a sycamore knife.
