Balloon in Flight

This is one of the first pieces that I did a second time. The first one was all cut by hand on a scroll saw and was when I discovered I have what the scientists call “stupid fingers”. This version was cut completely on the laser. Even with the help of the laser, it’s still pretty difficult to blend the frame smoothly behind the balloon floating out of scene.
