Built a downdraft table out of scraps from other projects. If you’re not familiar, this box is hooked into a dust collector or shop vac and sucks away most of the dust when you’re sanding. Fairly simple design. It’s 2′ x 2′ and rests on a collapsible work table. The internal board slants downward toward the 4″ exhaust opening. The surface is peg board, so the cross bars help support the weight when you really get in there on your work.
