Layered Laser Cuts
These can be a lot of different things, but will typically share one important characteristic – they’re multiple laser cut sheets stacked on top of each other to make an image. Typical materials are birch plywood and paper. Paint or stain is used when it’s plywood to make it a little more interesting and (more importantly) to hide the charring from the laser cutting.
