An end-grain cherry and maple cutting board cut to resemble your standard brick wall. This was one of the easier patterns to make. The hardest part is making the panel glue-ups for the “mortar”.
It’s also the first one that I attempted to run through the planer to flatten it, which is why you see the sacrificial runners down the side in one of the pictures. I’m not sure if I’m sticking with that method or not.
