A mixture of hand cut, cnc router cut, and laser cut (in that order). Lots and lots of shaping and sanding. A much larger piece than is typical at about 24″ x 24″. It took me somewhere around 2 years to actually finish this. Mostly, I’d work on it until the bits that needed cutting were too small for what I was currently using and it would go on the shelf until I had the tools to continue working.
